Peacock Bass Fishing in Miami

Went peacock bass fishing with Capt. Frank Carbone from www.hawghunterguideservice.com on Nov 28th near the Miami airport.  We caught 3 peacocks , largest was 5-6 pounds, 1 largemouth , 1 gar and 1 other fish.  Had a great time with Frank.

God Bless You

From my hometown Cohocton,NY.  Army Specialist Devin Snyder was killed in Aghanistan on June 5,2011.  God Bless the Snyder family and the families of the other fallen soldiers.

Bass Mailbox

Check out my new mailbox.  I have always used a post office box and never had a mailbox.  Our local post office closed and thus the new mailbox.

Favorite Time of Year

This is my favorite time of year.  Great time for golfing, fishing and apple cider.

Basketball Hoop

After several hours of assembling we are now enjoying our new basketball hoop.  My daughter loves to play horse against her Dad.  I let her win sometimes :)

Finally I have released my fishing log application.   I have used this application the last couple of years to manage my fishing activities as well now have entered previous years.   You can access the application on www.fishlog.com.

My iPad arrives on time

Hmmm. Apple sends me an email telling me Saturday delivery is not available in my area and that it will arrive on Monday. It is delivered on Saturday.

Looks like I will be waiting longer for my iPad. So much for promises of delivery on April 3rd as it is delayed in Shenzhen,China. UPS tracking status shows "Exception" which means "THE SERVICE SELECTED IS NOT AVAILABLE TO THE DESTINATION ADDRESS / DOWNGRADED, FORWARDED TO CONSIGNEE, SELECTED SERVICE IS NOT AVAILABLE". UPS has deliverd to my home address many times, not sure how this will end up.
